PSHE

At Haberdashers' Slade Green, we teach Personal, Social, Health Education as a whole-school approach to underpin children’s development as people, and because we believe that this also supports their learning capacity; we refer to PSHE as Lifelong Learning or Learning for Life. We believe that children should be engaged in their own well-being through meaningful, well-thought-out activities, enriched with a rich and varied programme of study, to allow them to excel in every facet of life. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion underpin our curriculum design, and PSHE plays a key role in that by enabling children to become successful, rounded and safe individuals.
